Meet Ashley

I’m a licensed professional counselor who truly loves working with adults navigating trauma, relational wounds, identity questions, and spiritual concerns. My therapeutic style is deeply relational and psychodynamic, grounded in the belief that healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships.

I grew up in North Carolina and lived in the mountains before moving to Atlanta nearly a decade ago.

I earned my graduate degree from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, where I deepened my conviction that our stories, bodies, relationships, and spiritual lives are intricately connected.

I’ve also received training in Narrative Focused Trauma Care through the Allender Center, equipping me to help clients explore how past harm has shaped the stories they carry about themselves and the world. I also bring experiential approaches to therapy, including training from Onsite Workshops in Nashville, allowing clients to engage creatively and somatically with their experiences in ways that go beyond words.

For clients who desire it, I also welcome conversations around faith and spirituality, honoring how belief and meaning-making intersect with psychological healing.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you might find me:

  • In Colorado, (technically still working) leading intensive therapy groups with Noble Workshops

  • winning my fantasy football league

  • taking deep breaths in Atlanta traffic
